Life is an amazing journey. For me, art is also a wonderful and satisfying journey. I am inspired to photograph nature and so many other interesting things in the world and to create paintings based on these beautiful scenes and images. Sometimes capturing the details of textures and colors or getting a good composition is challenging. when a painting is successful it is worth the challenge. I have a goal of doing some simplified seascape paintings with oil, acrylics and/or pastels.
