Pompeii, the ancient city frozen in time, continues to reveal its secrets even after centuries of excavation. As the largest continuous archaeological site in the world, it offers a unique glimpse into Roman life before the catastrophic eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. Recent discoveries have shed new light on this lost city, unearthing fascinating details about its inhabitants and their way of life. This continuous flow of new findings has inspired my Pompeii art series, which captures the essence and beauty of Pompeii's historic walls.
